Let’s cut to it: I started this space because I’ve got stories to tell, lessons to share, and a desire to help. Not in a savior complex kind of way — but a “been there, learned it the hard way, now let me save you a step” kind of way.

I live a few lives in one. Wife life? Got it. Climbing the coprorate ladder? Yup. Dog mom? Absolutely . Travel Lover? You know it.

I’ve been up, down, side-eyed, promoted, praised, overlooked, overwhelmed — and have still managed to show up for myself. Somewhere along the way, I realized: all of this experience? It’s not just for me. It’s meant to be shared.

Real Talk, Real Life

I started Mosaic Miss C because I wanted to tell the truth. Not just my truth, but the kind of truth that makes someone reading go, “Oh thank GOD it’s just not me.” Whether I’m writing about career pivots, emotional burnouts, the highs of travel, or how to survive a meeting that should’ve been an email — I want this to be the space where we keep it real and keep it moving. With a little glam and a whole lot of grit, or sometimes a lot of glam and a little grit. That’s life, right?

Why Storytelling Matters

I just realized this recently, but I’ve always been a storyteller. Not only the embellished-for-effect kind (because I do love a good dramatic pause), but the kind who can take an everyday moment and make it matter. Because it does matter. We learn through stories, we feel less alone through stories. We learn from the mistakes of others when they are brave enough to share.

So I’m telling my stories. Piece by piece, Mosaic-style.
